Dunmore Days 2024 Mini-Market

What Vendors can expect at the 2024 Dunmore Days Mini-Market:

1. 8' rectangle tables with optional black floor-length tablecloth

2. Tables located on inside perimeter rink (covered roof, open on 2 sides of the building, wind protection)

3. Easy access to unload in front of rink doors

4. Shared carts available on site to move merchandise to your table

5. Set-up must be complete by 9:00am (access to the closest lot will be closed to vehicles at 8:30am)

6. Tables must remain up for the whole event (9am to 4pm) - you can close your table early, but you will not have access to the parking lot to load until that time as a safety measure for Dunmore Days patrons).  The Dance starts at 6pm, so we are hoping most if not all tables can be torn down before then.  

7. Only 1 consultant per company (ie. Scentsy, Pampered Chef, etc...)

8. $30 per table, proceeds go towards Dunmore Community Events & Programs (MAXIMUM 3 TABLES PER VENDOR - NO EXCEPTIONS)

9. Includes FREE pancake breakfast served from 9:00am to 11:00pm (will be served to your table) AND

10. Includes FREE BBQ Supper served from 4:00pm to 6:00pm

Dunmore Days typically brings approximately 400-500 people to Sunrise Park.  This is the second year we have offered a market, and we have high hopes for its success!

We are open to all types of goods, baking, hand-made items, produce, beauty products, honey, etc.. The sky's the limit!  Please keep in mind this is a market not a tradeshow, so we are seeking vendors with a physical good or product to sell as opposed to an information booth.  Thanks!
